Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand, is a style of kickboxing in which fighters utilize their fists, feet, elbows, and knees. Sometimes called “the Science of Eight Limbs”, Muay Thai teaches participants to land effective strikes on more areas of the body than most other striking styles. Due to this comprehensive striking approach and the inclusion of stand-up grappling, Muay Thai serves as the core striking program for most professional MMA fighters.
The Muay Thai Kickboxing training program at Infinite FC MMA focuses on preparing students for competitive fighting, but this not a requirement. Whether or not you want to get in the ring, our program is an excellent way for men and women of all ages to get into shape, lose weight, and learn practical self-defense methods.
Here at Infinite FC MMA, we offer classes at both the Beginner and the Advanced level. We train our new fighters in the fundamentals of striking and effective conditioning with pad work and cardio-based exercises. After reaching a certain level of technical mastery, students may test into the more advanced classes, where a greater emphasis is placed on sparring and the application of techniques learned in the entry-level program. We ensure that our fighters have both the endurance to last through a fight and the technique to dominate it.
