A total body workout program, Infinite FC’s Fitness Boot Camp has been designed to be a great workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our MMA infused Fitness Boot Camp gets its philosophy from the training of those who participate in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition such as the UFC, Strikeforce and similar promotions. Where as these combat athletes train in various martial arts to take the best aspects of these styles for their own fights, our Boot Camp mixes a variety of exercises to bring you the best of the best in fitness. Exercises will include striking (punching and kicking pads or bags), calisthenics, strength training and more. What this means for you is a fun, exciting workout that will get you in championship shape! You will see remarkable improvements in your conditioning, strength, and health.

Class Length

Classes are 45 min long and feature new and unique exercises every class.

Will I have to fight other students?

 In Infinite FC’s Fitness Boot Camp, their is no contact sparring drills with other students. You will only be punching pads and bags. All exercises are safe for any students.

Is this a Martial Arts class?

 Infinite FC’s Fitness Boot Camp is not a martial arts program. While we have infused MMA into our fitness boot camp and some drills may include punching or kicking and many drills originated in different Martial Arts styles, our Fitness Boot Camp is not a Martial Arts Style itself. Am I in good enough shape to start Infinite FC’s Fitness Boot Camp?

Anyone, man or woman, old or young, and those of any level of fitness can start! This program is catered to you, it will never be too tough to start or too easy to finish. As you progress towards your fitness goals, your workout will be increased to push and keep you from plateauing.

When are the classes?

 Our Schedule is as follows

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings – 5:45-6:30pm

Saturday mornings – 8:15-9am
