MMA Head Coach
Like many successful MMA fighters, Ali Elias comes from a distinguished wrestling background. A six-time Iranian National Wrestling Champion, he has coached and taught for over 20 years in Iran, Germany, and the United States. In addition to the forty years of wrestling experience he brings to his students, Ali has been working MMA since 1995. He holds a Shoot-fighting record of 16 wins and 2 losses, obtained 1996-2001, and was the Shoot-fighting World Champion in 1998. Additional wrestling credentials include a record of 121 wins and 7 losses for the University of Nebraska at Kearney, a record of 125 wins and 1 loss in Germany collected from three different weight divisions (150 lbs, 163lbs, and 180lbs), and four-time NCAA division 2 All-American champion standing.
